Today's problem is slightly involved and requires a bit of web experience. We'll be building a simple web app that can handle a text input. When the text is submitted it will show up below the input field. People will then be able to click a like button and the amount of likes should be stored somewhere. User authentication is not required. Feel free to get it up on Heroku or link to it on Github.
