At Problem of the Day we love Mondays. In order to prove how much we love Mondays today's problem is to print out the day of the year that each Monday falls on. For instance today is the 33rd day of the year. To make things a bit tougher, if the program is run on a Monday it must print out the birthday of a person born on that day rather than the number day it is. If the program is ran on a day other than Monday it should cause a stack overflow. Feel free to tie in to any APIs you deem necessary.
